You have the right to return or exchange your purchased product within 7 days from the delivery as received with (the original box, packaging intact along with your return/refund reff# ) . Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process to exchange the product, if the Return request meets the following criteria:
(Please notice that the product must be unused and in its original condition, attached with the original/electronic invoice)
- In case the product you received is damaged or defective.
- In the unusual case where the product you received is wrong.
There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns/refunds :
- Product marked as “Non-returnable Products”
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 7 days from delivery
- Product is used, damaged by you , or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
